1. วิธีทำไซรัปเสาวรสและมอสไอริช: ต้มน้ำตาล 100 ก. กับน้ำ 100 มล. จนน้ำตาลละลายตัว เมื่อเดือดแล้วปิดไฟ ตักเสาวรสมา 8 ช้อน เติมลงในเครื่องดื่มแล้วปล่อยแช่ 5 นาที เติมมอสไอริช 10 ก. แล้วปล่อยแช่ 2 นาที กรองใส่ขวด
   To Make Passion-Fruit & Irish Moss Syrup: Heat 100g sugar with 100ml water until the sugar has dissolved. Turn the heat off and let simmer. Scoop out 8 fresh passion fruit, add pulp to liquid and let infuse for 5 min. Add 10g of Irish Moss and let infuse for 2 min. Strain & Bottle.
